A rich, bold take on a classic Colombian heritage coffee. Dulima was created to honor the exceptional coffee profiles of central and south Huila. Named after the indigenous heritage of the region, this blend represents the ancient culture and tireless dedication of local smallholder farmers.

While the Dulima profile is famous for its fruit and clarity, we have brought this batch to a medium-dark roast level. This deeper roast profile mellows the bright acidity, transforming the citrus and red fruit into a deep, jammy sweetness that perfectly balances against a heavy, chocolatey body. It’s an incredibly smooth, comforting cup that stands up beautifully to milk or cream.
