Welcome to karakhousestore.com. We are dedicated to roasting, packaging, and shipping your fresh coffee orders, custom apparel, and lifestyle products with care. Please review our shipping practices, processing schedules, and liability guidelines outlined below.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Timelines

Because we provide freshly roasted specialty coffee alongside apparel, our processing times are built around preserving product quality:

  • Standard Packing Window: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to verify, pack, and clear your order for carrier pickup.

  • The Fresh-Roast Schedule: Coffee items are subject to a weekly roasting calendar to ensure you receive peak freshness. If your order contains a combination of fresh coffee and clothing items, the entire package will ship together once the coffee has cleared its designated small-batch roast cycle.

  • Days of Operation: Our warehouse fulfills orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders completed after 2:00 PM local time on a Friday will enter our fulfillment queue on the following Monday morning.

2. Carrier Services & Estimated Transit Times

We deploy trusted domestic shipping carriers to deliver your items. You can select your preferred tier at checkout:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3 to 7 business days once collected by the carrier. Ideal for apparel, drinkware, and non-urgent orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days once collected by the carrier. Recommended for fresh coffee deliveries where flavor-lock windows are a priority.

Please note: Carrier transit times are estimations provided by the shipping courier and do not include our initial 1–3 business day processing window.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your shipping label is generated and scanned by the carrier, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's network to update and display active tracking milestones.

4. Address Verification & Accuracy

The buyer is solely responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address during the checkout process.

  • PO Boxes & Military Mail: We support deliveries to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO coordinates via standard domestic postal channels. Expedited commercial carriers may not service these addresses.

  • Modifications: Once an order status updates to "Fulfilled" or has been handed over to a shipping carrier, it is impossible for us to intercept, cancel, or redirect the shipment.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a parcel is returned to our facility labeled "Undeliverable as Addressed" due to missing or incorrect entry errors made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for secondary shipping costs to re-ship the package.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Karak House Franchising Company LLC is not legally responsible for packages once they are formally accepted by our shipping carriers.

  • Delivered but Missing: If your tracking history marks your package as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please inspect your property thoroughly, check with neighbors, or contact your local courier hub directly. We do not issue refunds or free replacements for items officially verified as delivered by the carrier.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives structurally compromised or items are broken, take clear digital photos immediately. Email us at shop@karakhousecoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with your order number and photos so we can file an official insurance claim with the carrier and coordinate a resolution.
