Because we handle perishable food items alongside lifestyle apparel, our return and refund guidelines are strictly segmented by product category to ensure consumer safety and hygiene compliance.
1. Product Eligibility Matrix

Apparel & Clothing: ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND. Must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Coffee Purchases (Beans or Ground): STRICTLY FINAL SALE. Not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to food safety regulations and product perishability.

Drinkware (Mugs, Tumblers, Cups): STRICTLY FINAL SALE. Not eligible for return or refund due to consumer sanitary protocols.
2. Apparel & Clothing Returns (14-Day Window)
We accept return or exchange requests exclusively for clothing and apparel items (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, hats, apparel accessories) under the following binding conditions:

Timeframe: The return request must be initiated via email within exactly fourteen (14) calendar days from the original purchase date.

Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any odors, stains, pet hair, or visible signs of usage. All original product tags and retail packaging must remain intact and firmly attached.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation number, invoice, or receipt from karakhousestore.com is mandatory to authorize the process.
3. Coffee & Drinkware Non-Refundable Policy
To ensure absolute quality compliance and consumer health protection, all sales of food products (including whole-bean coffee, ground coffee, and signature blends) and drinkware (including travel mugs, ceramic mugs, glassware, and insulated bottles) are strictly FINAL SALE. We cannot accept physical returns of these products, nor can we offer cash, card, or store credit refunds once the transaction has been finalized.
4. Damages, Defects, and Order Discrepancies
If you receive a defective item, a damaged package, or an incorrect order fulfillment (e.g., wrong coffee roast or incorrect clothing size delivered), please contact our support desk immediately at shop@karakhousecoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery tracking confirmation. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defective or mis-shipped item. Verified fulfillment errors or transit damages will be replaced or corrected promptly at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Process & Shipping Fees
To initiate an eligible apparel return, please email shop@karakhousecoffee.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping fees originally paid during the checkout transaction are completely non-refundable. We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping courier service, as Karak House Franchising Company LLC cannot guarantee receipt of or take responsibility for returns lost or stolen in transit.
